More independent confirmation that I have it right.
The cope is predictable, but that's what it is: cope.
The long-term trend, barely acknowledged in this video, is that there is independent confirmation of my takes. First, that Wizards is abandoning tabletop for vidya and that Conventional Play has run out of gas and now coasts on inertia.
You'll see more of this as things go on, with varying forms of cope until that runs out, especially as more Current Edition stuff flops and rots on the shelves. If you thought the collapse of Uncle George's Space Opera as a cultural force was swift, watch it happen to The Only Game That Matters if this goes on.
