That's what the Appeals Court ruling summarizes as, as these usually do. For Conventional Play, it means that no your Fellow Travelers aren't going to bail your bitch asses out; you will take that hit to the face, and you are going to die because you can't tank what you take.

If you are competent, capitalized, and capable you can and should pivot to be all-domestic end-to-end now; I can count on one hand who can do that and survive- and most of you are lacking one or more of those things, so you're fucked. Wizards of the Coast, for all the shit thrown (rightly) at them, are stupidly capitalized and (as Stalin said) quantity is a quality all its own; they can use capital to tank the hits longer than everyone else. Small guys like the Pundit can dodge for days; they are too small to be hit because they don't expose themselves to the damage vectors that tank Conventional Play outlets. If you're too slow to dodge, and too small to tank, you're fucked; this is a time where only the extremes survive and the center gets cored out.
