Author Christopher DiNote was on Geek Gab last night.
It's no surprise to anyone reading this blog on the regular that the Hellmouth is not what it was.
The writers, directors, producers, and everyone but the technical personnel and the stuntmen are Cargo Cultists at best. You can get good work out of a handful of outliers, but you need to ride herd on them most of the time.
That's why more and more people, those willing and able, are not only reverting to media that isn't crap but learning how to make their own. DiNote's a successful indie author, one of many now, whose work will start filtering out of the book world and make the journey to where Normies live: Movies, TV, and Videogames.
This is not a fast process. People in those other media need to be either turfed out and replaced or parallel alternatives built as forks of the pozzed ones and shoved into the faces of the Normies so they know it exists.
There will be failures along the way; not every effort is worth it, and the enemy gets a vote.
But it can be done, and the enemy's own errors will open the window of opportunity to make it happen; folks just need to be ready to exploit it.
