And in a later Tweet, said Women's Champion said this:

"The main issue is that griff has told wesely that his biggest fans are stealing from him when that is not the case at all and we revere him and are discussing his work online by trying to reverse engineer it."

Griff is pulling some flat-out Elder Abuse on Dave Weasley by doing a classic Agent-Principal Problem gaslighting op on him.

By stepping between Dave and the rest of us Griff doesn't allow for the possibility of Dave engaging with the full discourse about Braunstein and how the Bros (and now others) have taken the style of play he originated and refined it to a point of perfectability as well as proven that it can and does work across multiple contexts.

What the Bros (et. al.) have done, they did for free. The information about what they did and how they dit it, they did for free. Griff somehow thinks if he can censor everyone else from using the proper terms for the structure of play we use he can guarantee that his commercial operations will be far more successful than otherwise.

Instead, he's invoking the opposite.

Griff is, like far too many men who think this is a place for commercial business operations sufficient to build a fortune (or at least a living), a Very SMRT Boi (i.e. a Gamma Male) and thus when reality punctures his delusion bubble shit goes south fast.

This is one of the most tragic examples of a Gamma Male going into a Gamma Freakout episode that I've seen in a while, and I'm familiar with indie comics guy Liam Grey and his epic Gamma spergouts. (He's not called "The Ginger Volcano" for nothing.)

And what happens to Gammas that sperg? They fail, and then they redefine "success" to be whatever it is they are because Secret Kings Always Win.
