The Business: Even Conventional Play Cultists See The Signs

Pat is very much a Pop Cultist. Pat sees that Product isn't as good to Consume. Pat is edging close to the borders of Pop Cult allowed opinion.

Pat is not the only Conventional Play Cargo Cult channel that sees the bad signs and does not like them.

Pat is one of the few who sounding the alarm in terms that Cargo Cultists will hear, if not heed, but I think that this will be wasted effort. Sorcerers By The Sea have already made their decisions to go hard on botting All The Things, so there is no incentive to do anything but gaslight and glad-hand the audience while they continue botting harder and harder behind the scenes.

Automating design and publishing using the Living Language Module bots means regurgiating extant Brand material in as many remixed form as can be had, which will still be more than any Conventional Play user will ever exhaust given 50 years of material to work with. This plays into the existing plan to transition Current Edition from Tabletop to Vidya, as previously described. Spawning a unique instance using bot-driven content remixing to delve works very well in such a videogame model.

This has at least an order of magnitude more revenue, and thus profit, than Tabletop is able to achieve. SOBS is stupid to not due to, so that's why it's being done and botting the hell out of grunt-level content publication is part of the process. Expect to see more of thus from SOBS going forward, no matter the outrage; the incentives to do so cannot be overcome.
