Tex is great. Tex is not the only great BattleTech channel. Sven van der Plank is another great one, and he's been doing a far more detailed take on the Amaris Civil War that killed the Star League.
This is one of a series, focused on the initial response by Kerensky to Amaris.
Sven's work on this series easily equals what Tex and the Black Pants Legion did, and when complete I expect that comparative viewing of both will be synergistic, making both productions more effective.
What Sven offers is the exhaustive detail on events that Tex skips over in favor of focusing on the core actors and events, meaning that Sven provide context for those actions that occured and thus presents nuances that makes this series feel so much like history and less like fiction.
Well done, Sven. You deserve all the accolades for this.
