Last night the Excellence in Elocution debuted his first Metal Mythos episode in a while: Anthem.
I caught this one when it premeiered so I was in the live chat, and man was this a good time. Over 90 minutes of solid independent historical music documentary work put down by the Razor and his crew, making a mockery of major outlets like Rolling Stone in the process, as he goes over the band's formation, discography, developments, and everything that surrounded what they did and who did it.
For my fellow weebs, yes this is one of the founders of JAM Project well before he made that group happen (and then dipped out two years later) in the group that made him the legend that he is: Eizo Sakamoto.
Yes, this is also a band that got its music into classic Konami games back when Konami actually made games and were good at it.
And yes, the Razor is right again: this is pure metal and if you're a Spotify user you'll find their entire catalog on that platform now. Otherwise, import that shit or sail the seas to burn to disc then make up the difference with some merch.
