Just as Brandon Sanderson did a class act in backing a huge number of literary projects on Kickstarter, the Bald One himself--Asmongold--is doing something similar for indie videogame developers through his organization OTK.
I am looking forward to see what games get Asmongold's attention, as he's got his finger on the pulse of what gamers want and he's got the clout to make this sort of thing happen. That he's doing it, he's paying for it, and showcasing it on his Twitch channel (which will get exerpted for YouTube, of course) demonstrates that he wants to move into a position where he does more than play games and interact with his (very loyal, very large) audience.
Indie devs should not sleep on this. Get the info and submit your project. You have nothing to lose.
