Attention Span Labs is back talking about another tabletop wargame that you should consider for your own enjoyment: World War III: Team Yankee, and as a commentor noted this perfectly compliments Twilight 2000.
The 15mm scale is too often ignored by gamers more familiar with fantastic or futuristic adventure scenarios and its heroic scale at 25mm or higher, but this needs to stop for a couple of reasons: tabletop space is at a premium, so smaller miniatures translates to more action in less space--literally doing more with less--and there's a hell of a lot more out there to incorporate into actual play at that scale.
In short, it's a lot easier to do something inspired by the Pulps and their successors at 15mm than 25mm, and making historical models work in fantastic adventure is far easier than you think.
