This past weekend, this episode of The Shadowcast arrived on YouTube.
The Shadowcast is joined by venerated pulp historian WILL MURRAY, author of the recent Shadow bookumentary 'Master of Mystery: The Rise of The Shadow'. Then, we continue our reviews of classic pulps when The Shadow tackles a secret society of prominent criminal conspirators in THE SILENT SEVEN!
And yes, this episode delivered on that promise.
It is well worth your time, especially if you're of the mind to keep your work circulating after you're gone as that subject does come up and how that worked out will be of interest. I reinterest that reading Gibson's original Shadow novels is well worth it regardless of your genre of choice; his mastery of language is one to cultivate for your own work, especially if you aspire to match his speed of production.
