Remember when I said that the means are now cheap enough to compete with Big Corporate media productions? Here's the proof. This is Time Ghost showing you how they did their Pearl Harbor special.
Being that they're doing video they are confined by basic standards of video production, but the takeaway here is that such basics are now cheap enough for a group like Time Ghost to do it and the skills needed easy enough to acquire for half-timers and volunteers to become proficient in them.
Their main source of income? Patreon. Secondarily? Merch.
They did this while doing Great War and Sabaton History.
You can do this too. The tools, knowledge, and skills are now within the ordinary man's reach; you need only go get the tools, assimilate the knowledge, and learn the skills. Remember that the Astartes video series is done by one man in his home with a single PC. You don't need to beg to work for Big Corporate to do big things anymore, so go out and make it happen.
